In January 2026, Centennial Airport launched the Flight School Fly Quiet (FSFQ) Dashboard, believed to be the first airport-led program in the nation to measure and publicly report flight school compliance with noise abatement procedures through a standardized scoring methodology. Developed with engineering support from BridgeNet International, a Tetra Tech Company, the dashboard provides a transparent and data-driven approach to evaluating participation in the Airport’s Fly Quiet Program.
The FSFQ Dashboard tracks each participating flight school’s adherence to Centennial Airport’s Noise Abatement Guidelines through a standardized scoring system. The FSFQ Dashboard measures performance across three categories:
- Operational Measures – Evaluates flight schools’ adherence to Centennial Airport’s Noise Abatement Guidelines during daily flight operations.
- Training & Outreach Measures – Recognizes efforts to educate pilots and instructors on noise abatement practices.
- Bonus Measures – Rewards voluntary actions that support noise reduction, environmental stewardship, and community involvement beyond program requirements.
Each participating flight school receives a quarterly score based on a standardized methodology.

To encourage collaboration and continuous improvement, participating flight schools are de-identified within the public dashboard and reports. The program is intended to recognize noise abatement efforts and share best practices.
To qualify for inclusion on the dashboard, flight schools must meet Centennial Airport’s Minimum Standards. At the beginning of each quarter, the Airport Noise Office meets with participating flight schools to review noise abatement performance, discuss trends, and recap the previous quarter’s dashboard results.
