
This portal and our flight tracking tools are designed to help you investigate on your own; however, we understand that not all questions may be answered. We are happy to address your inquiries and to receive any complaints regarding aircraft disturbances.
You can submit questions, enquiries and complaints to us via a number of methods including:

Once received, the airport will investigate your submission and respond if requested.
For a Noise Complaint to be considered valid:
- Noise complaints must be submitted within one week of the incident.
- Providing a name, phone number, or email address is optional and will only be used for return contact if requested.
- Complaints submitted through third-party platforms (such as apps, buttons, or external websites) are invalid and will be discarded.
- Only complaints filed through the Centennial Airport website or official phone line will be accepted.
- Each complaint must include at least the residential address, date, and time of the occurrence to be considered valid.
- If a response is requested, this must be clearly indicated in the submitted complaint.
- Complaints regarding aircraft not operating to or from Centennial Airport will not be recorded.
- Complaints containing profanity or threats to life, safety, or property will not be accepted and will be discarded.
